Thelma is a licensed Hair Cosmetologist and facilitator at Anath Paradise Cosmetology Hair School. In the last 7 years, she has trained over 4,000 women and even men on how to be their own bosses through wig making, hair colouring, hair laundry, and general hair craft.

She is the author of the Hair Business Guide and the covener of the Business of Wig Making (BWM) online series.
